• જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના પ્રવેશ Confirm કેટેગરીમાં છે તેમણે તા. 1/8/2011 ના રોજ તમામ અસલ આધારો,જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્રો વિગેરે સાથે એક સત્રની ફી જનરલ કેટેગરી માટે રૂપિયા 25,000 (ભોજન-નિવાસ-અભ્યાસ ફી સહિત) તેમજ SC-ST કેટેગરી માટે હાલ 10,000 રૂપિયા સાથે 11 કલાકે કૉલેજ ઑફ એજ્યુકેશન, સેક્ટર-15, સરકારી કૉલેજ કેમ્પસ ખાતે હાજર રહેવું. જો અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો અન્યત્ર આપેલા હશે તો 10 દિવસમાં રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.
• આ યાદી વિદ્યાર્થીએ રજૂ કરેલી વિગતોના આધારે છે. જેમાં સુધારો હશે તો તે પ્રમાણે નિર્ણય લેવાશે.

• પસંદ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોની યાદીમાં દર્શાવેલ અંતિમ મેરીટ કરતાં ૫ % સુધી ઓછુ મેરીટ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો વેઇટીંગ કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ગણાશે તેમણે પણ ક્રમ-1 ની સૂચના મુજબ તા. ૩/૮/૨૦૧૧ ના રોજ ઉપસ્થિત રહેવાનું રહેશે.
• કોઇપણ વિદ્યાર્થીને શૈક્ષણિક લૉનની જરૂર હોય તો આ સ્થળે બેંક ઑફ ઇન્ડિયા દ્વારા અભ્યાસ માટેની લૉન પણ મળી શકશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને લૉન માટે ઓછા દરના વ્યાજની જોગવાઇ છે.
• તા. 1/8/2011 ના રોજ પ્રવેશ અંગેની પ્રક્રિયા સાથે જ વિષય પસંદગીની તક પણ આપવામાં આવશે.

Instructions

• The students whose admissions are confirmed are hereby instructed to remain present at the Institute (address is given below) on August 1, 2011, at 11.00 a.m. with the original mark sheets and certificates of caste etc. The 1st semester fees for students in the General category is Rs. 25, 000 (inclusive of lodging, boarding and course fees) and the students in the SC/ST category are required to pay Rs. 10, 000. If the original documents have been submitted elsewhere, the student will have to submit them to IITE in the period of 10 days.
• Merit List has been prepared based on the details furnished by the candidates. If there is a deviation in it, final decision will be made according to the original documents.
• Candidates whose merit is 5% less than the minimum marks in the final merit list will be considered to be in the Waiting List. They are also required to remain present at the Institute as per the instructions mentioned in Point 1 on August 3, 2011.
• Candidates in need of education loan can avail of the same from The Bank of India. Necessary guidelines will be provided for the education loan on the campus.
• Along with the admission process, candidates will also have an opportunity to select the subjects of their choice on August 1, 2011.
• The Institute reserves the right to make modification where necessary.
