Special Features

  • The IITE aims at providing Four-Year Integrated course for all those who have qualified in the 12th year school program of any recognized Board or University. The candidates who successfully complete Four-year course will be awarded the degree of (B.A./ B.sc/ ) B.Ed., Students will be eligible for appointment in the schools in the country.

  • This program will provide four year education in a special Undergraduate program in Humanities, Science, Arts and Crafts and Technologies. This Integrated teacher education program also offers a common inter-disciplinary course, which will explore the theme of Unity of Knowledge.

  • This integrated teacher education program aims at the development of teacher-ship, because teaching is a professional activity and that a teacher is a professional. Therefore, it will require every student to be resident in the university and to participate daily in physical education, healthcare, and international system of sports and promotion of the spirit of the adventure and readiness to participate in services related to the defense of peace and international understanding.

  • This program offers value- oriented education so as to emphasize the value of physical health and value of critical rationality, ethical striving of self-control, aesthetic appreciation of art and creativity, and harmonious relationship with the society and world.

  • University will be primarily centered on the process of self-learning, coupled with project method. Interactive methods will also include utilization of modern electronic instruments as also methods of exploration, discovery and invention.
